The Altamont Cruisers 27th Nostalgia Day Car Show
Beautiful downtown Livermore played host for the 27th Nostalgia Day Car Show put on by the Altamont Cruisers. The event had over 700 hot rods, classics, muscle cars, c10s and classic pickups in attendance, lining the streets of downtown. Livermore’s vibrant downtown with all of it’s boutiques, restaurants, and watering holes combined with music, small town charm, and closed streets create the perfect backdrop to enjoy a day of old cars. Many of the local businesses are open during the event too, offering you a chance to enjoy food & beverages with friends, or a break from the heat.
Over the last 27 years, the event has raised over $430,000 for local organizations to help keep Tri-Valley youth off drugs and alcohol. The motto of Nostalgia Day has always been “Cruisers Against Drugs”, and with the help of of the 10,000+ spectators the event keeps growing each year.
